RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase , you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. Returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Return Process. To return an item, please email us at micaelacandlelight@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) . After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the address on the RMA

Refunds. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, and after our approval of the requested refund, we will process your return or exchange. Always trim wick to 1/4inch before lighting. Burn your candle for 3-4 hours at a time to ensure a proper melt pool.  Never burn longer than 4- hour intervals. Set candle on a flat, stable, heat- resistant surface. Don't leave candle unattended when lit. Keep away from foreign objects and flammables. Keep away from children and pets. Don't extinguish with water. Always let wax harden before relighting, touching, or moving.
