Always trim wick to 1/4 inch before lighting. Burn your candle for 3-4 hours at a time to ensure a proper melt pool. Set candle on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface. Don't leave candle unattended when lit. Keep away from foreign objects and flammables. Keep away from children and pets. Don't extinguish with water. Always let wax harden before relighting, touching, or moving.

Once the post office scans the package, We have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. We are not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase , you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. Returns must be postmarked within fourteen (12) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Return Process. To return an item, please email us at micaelacandlelight@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) . After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the address on the RMA

PLEASE NOTE that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

Refunds. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, and after our approval of the requested refund, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from receiving your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
